This project consisted of a gut renovation of an existing 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the old Tannery building in Somerville. Working with architect Catherine Truman and Walter Lane Cabinetmaker, Lucas oversaw and executed a number of custom details to achieve a modern, airy, open loft space within a historic structure.
